To use Spenco Gel Heel Cups, simply place them against the inside heel area of your shoes. For the best fit, unlace your shoes entirely to allow for maximum room to correctly position your feet in the heel cups. Tighten laces after your foot is comfortably in place. Hand wash and air dry as needed.
