ASTORFLEX has been making premium Italian footwear since 1820, using the finest, locally sourced material in vegetable tanned leathers, water-based colors, non-solvent glues and natural rubber soles for a final product described as “100% ecological.”
The lining and insoles are in vegetable-tanned calf leather, obtained by soaking the leather in a mixture of water and powdered oak bark and mimosa, without using dies or color finishes. This process makes the leather healthier and greater sweat absorption for dry, odorless feet.
The Greenflex boots, a classic desert boot, are handcrafted in Italy using soft suede, with a leather lining, foam footbed and a comfortable crepe sole.
